The Instructor Development Module is complete training course from the ground up. The course will transform students into the confident leaders of tomorrow. Through proven methods theoretical concepts, physical applications, video learning, reflecting/journaling, mentoring and guidance, members will have a step-by-step guide into become a World Class Leader.

Leadership Development Program – Leadership Program for 10-16 year olds

The leadership development program covers 8 different topics which members can gain a certificate in at the end of each term. Students learn how to be a confident, healthy person with a positive mindset who values education. The outline is provided below. Instructor Development Program – Instructing Program for 14 years to Adult

The instructor development program is an exclusive program with entry into the program via application and interview only for highly motivated, passionate people who want to take advantage of developing skills that translate across all fields not just martial arts. The program enables you to develop the skills required to become a great communicator, teacher and a great leader who leads by example. For this reason we do only accept instructors who will be currently training at the academy.

The program includes:

  • Mentoring from senior instructors
  • Online learning portal access with modules including 100’s of videos to teach you the skills to improve your teaching strategies, technical skills, leadership skills and communication. Short quiz allow you to test your knowledge and see progress in the continuing professional development component.
  • Practical experience, journaling and reflection are all included
  • Regular meetings

Administration Development Program – Administration Program from 14 years to Adult

This program is for passionate people who want to learn great communication skills, time management and presentation skills.

  • Mentoring from senior instructors
