KICK BOXING CLASSES
Kickboxing for Fitness has been developed by AMA’s professional martial artists and exercise scientists to give you the most incredible full body workout and it does not matter what your level of fitness is, as long as you are ready to get involved and have fun. The term work out does not apply here- its not work- but fun!
In each class you will learn practical kickboxing combinations safely and then you can pick up the pace and get the most awesome cardio workout by using these practical combinations in numerous drills and with plenty of fun equipment.
The 45 min classes goes quickly but also has you burning around 600 calories and increasing your strength, flexibility and energy levels. The program equips you with the power and confidence to get more out of each day.
The end goal, a fitter, faster and more toned you – all while having a great time!
